Trump Breaks Silence on Iran Strikes: Will the US Join the War?

As the Israel-Iran conflict intensifies, former U.S. President Donald Trump has once again dominated headlines by dropping bombshell comments regarding Washington’s potential involvement in the war.

Speaking at the White House on Wednesday, Trump stated that he is “considering joining Israel’s offensive against Iran,” adding that Tehran has proposed peace talks to end the ongoing hostilities.

While observing the installation of new flagpoles at the White House, Trump didn’t hold back his frustration:

“I’ve run out of patience with Iran,” he said, reiterating his demand for Iran’s unconditional surrender.

When pressed by reporters on whether he would authorize airstrikes on Iran, Trump gave his signature ambiguous reply:

“I might… or I might not. Nobody knows what I’ll do. But I’ll say this — Iran is in serious trouble, and they’re desperate to negotiate.”

🔥 Iran Asked to Send Officials to White House, Claims Trump

Trump further claimed that Iranian officials expressed willingness to visit the White House to discuss halting Israel’s ongoing air campaign and revisiting their nuclear program.

“They offered to come to the White House — brave move — but too little, too late,” said Trump.
“We may still talk, but it’s not the same as a week ago. Things have changed. Big time.”

However, when asked if time for diplomacy has truly run out, Trump left the door open:

“Nothing is ever too late.”

🧨 “We’ll Blow Up Every Nuclear Site They Have”

Trump’s tone turned even more aggressive when referencing Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

“Two words: Unconditional Surrender,” he said. “I’m done playing nice. We will bomb every nuclear site they own — they’re everywhere, and we know where.”

📞 Trump Supports Netanyahu, Dismisses Putin’s Peace Offer

Trump confirmed daily communication with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, throwing full support behind Israel’s actions.

“Keep going,” Trump reportedly told Netanyahu. “He’s doing a great job.”

Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s offer to mediate was flatly rejected.

“I told him to worry about his own war in Ukraine first. Fix that, then we’ll talk.”

🧾 Iran Responds: “We Never Offered to Beg”

Iran has strongly denied Trump’s claims about sending envoys to Washington.
The Iranian UN Mission posted on X (formerly Twitter):

“No Iranian official has ever been asked — nor agreed — to bow at the doors of the White House. His lies are disgraceful. What’s worse is threatening to assassinate our Supreme Leader. That’s cowardice.”

As tensions skyrocket, the world braces for what could be a game-changing moment in Middle Eastern geopolitics. Will the U.S. take the plunge?
